All returns should be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt and returned to the address below.
Please note all goods purchased during the month of December can be returned up to (but not after) the 8th of January to allow for the return of unsuitable christmas gifts.
Items weighing less than 3 kilos can easily be returned via Royal Mail.
Please obtain a certificate of posting or use 2nd class recorded delivery to
return items.(Sorry we cannot refund royal mail special delivery costs)
Larger items (over 3 kilos) may be more cost effective to be sent via courier. We can recommend www.Parcel2go.com
Furnitre items can be collected by our furniture courier please email or ring for further guidance.
Items lost or damaged in the post will be replaced free of charge. Goods which are returned because they are found to not match the item description will also be refunded in full.
Items returned for any other reason are done so at the buyer’s expense and will be refunded less the original postage charge within 3 days of return.
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
