We hope you love all our stuff as much as we do, but if not, dont worry, our no quibble returns policy means you can return anything in unused condition within 45 days of receipt


Just  email or telephone us to let us know you are returning something and we can help you either arrange your own carrier or use our own carrier (or if you just want to return something without contacting us first, thats not a problem either, just put your order details in the parcel with your return so we know who you are)

We promise to refund you within 3 days of the item arriving back with us, and if you are returning it because of our error, (we try to be darn perfect all the time, but sometimes we muck up!) we will of course refund all costs relating to return postage




Further Returns advice and the boring T&Cs stuff : For returns weighing less than 3 kilos, these can easily be returned via Royal Mail. Please obtain a certificate of posting or use 2nd class recorded delivery to return items. (Sorry we cannot refund royal mail special delivery costs) 

Larger items (over 3 kilos) may be more cost effective to be sent via courier. We can recommend www.Parcel2go.com
