We hope
you love all our stuff as much as we do, but if not, don't worry, our free no
quibble returns policy means that you can return anything to us in unused condition within 200 days
of receipt, with the original
packaging, at no cost to you.
We do not accept returns without the original packaging and all returns must be in an unused condition. If items are returned outside of these terms there will be a restocking charge of which will be deducted from the refund amount. This amount will be dependent on condition and resell value.
We do try our best to have any exchanges of furniture with you within 12 working days but sometimes can be a little longer as this depends on the routes planned.
*Please note free returns does not apply for non mainland UK or International orders. (exclusions
apply, please see full terms for more information) *Any discrepancies need to be reported within 7 days after delivery
REFUNDS
We aim to refund you within 5 working days of the item arriving back with
us at our warehouse. Any additional delivery charges for day of choice/next day delivery will not be refunded.
Further Returns advice
For
returns items weighing less than 3 kilos, these can easily be returned for free
via the Post Office using the below returns label.
(please keep your proof of postage reciept until you have been refunded)
Larger
items (over 3 kilos) ring us and we will arrange our carrier to collect from
you. Please still attach a copy of the below returns form to the outer of
the box so we can easily locate your order when it arrives in our warehouse
EXEMPTIONS
Seconds
items: Please be aware seconds listed items are exempt from the standard
returns policy as these are sold as seen.
Seasonal
decorations: we are not able to accept returns of seasonal
decorations after 14 days after receipt,
Table
decorations: such as candelabras and table centres can only be returned
for 14 days from receipt
If you use an onward courier not employed by ourselves, we cannot accept
liability for damaged items, unless reported damaged by your courier to our
courier at the point of receipt from our courier. If you choose to use an
onward courier (for example if you live over sea) please ensure they insure
your items for loss or damage for this reason.
CHRISTMAS
GIFT RETURN -
No problem, return of unsuitable Christmas gifts is absolutely fine with us -
our 200 day policy still applies, so even if you want to start your Christmas
shopping in July, be assured, if Aunt Maud just isn't digging your excellent
taste in gifts, you or she can return it cost free as mentioned above
