The delivery went great. In fact, I asked the delivery person to help me bring the drawer upstairs, which was difficult because it was quite heavy. She helped me without hesitation. Afterwards, I checked my emails and it turns out that the delivery service was only to the ground floor, which speaks even further of their willingness to help.
