What is a pallet delivery?

Sometimes the safest and quickest way to get your order to you is via a pallet delivery service. Although this isn't as amazing as one of our own amazing drivers bringing this to you, we can assure you this service is top notch! We pick, quality check and pack your items onto a pallet and our fabulous courier will come and collect from our Doncaster based warehouse. Once they have this in their safe hands, they will plan this onto a route and yazam... it's on its way to your door!

What happens on delivery to your door?

When the lorry arrives, the driver will offload the pallet and bring this as close to your door as they can safely. The service is classed as a curbside delivery, which means they will not bring this into your delivery address.

What do you do with the pallet?

Totally up to you! Keep it, build something, firewood, garden furniture? The world is your oyster. If you ask kindly, the delivery driver may take the pallet away for you but this is not a service we offer.

What to do if you can not accept a pallet delivery

Let us know as soon as you get your text message as there will be a charge for this once it reaches our courier. We do understand some people can not accept this service but be assured this is only an option for us if we can not get your item to you with our own vans due to distance or if you have chosen a speedy delivery option. There will be options to take this to a neighbour, leave safe (with your permission) and sometimes we can re-route to a nearby address.
