What colours of furniture do Melody Maison stock?
Our collection of furniture spans a colour palette of White, Grey, Cream and Mirrored furniture. Our Mirrored furniture collection includes Silver, Gold and Grey options. We also stock a selection of natural wooden, black and distressed painted furniture. Depending on the range or style of furniture some items have wooden frames and some are metal framed.
Do you stock Furniture Sets?
The majority of our furniture collections have Furniture Sets available, mainly bedroom furniture sets and living room furniture sets. ÂÂÂ We offer discounts on our furniture sets. These discounts mean it is less expensive to purchase a furniture set then it is to buy each piece separately.
Does your furniture need assembling?
The great thing about purchasing furniture from Melody Maison is that none of our furniture is fully flat packed. Most of our furniture ranges require minimal assembly. The assembly needed depends on the item or range purchased. Let’s take a look at what you would have to do, using our top selling furniture items as an example:
Dressing Table Sets:
French-style Dressing Table Sets have consistently been one of our bestselling products. We have a large collection of dressing tables set and most pieces are part of a larger furniture set. Our Dressing Table Sets only need their legs to be attached and occasionally, depending on the style of mirror chosen, will need to mirror attaching to the console table.
Chests of Drawers:
Our assortment of Chests of Drawers look incredible ÂÂÂ in bedroom, living room and hallway spaces. Our Chest of Drawers require very little assembly. Most Chests come fully built and, depending on the Range, will only need their handles attached.
Bedside Tables:
We stock a number of Bedside Tables, cabinets and chests designed for bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and hallways. Our Bedside tables need no assembly, like our Chests of Drawers, our Bedside Tables come fully build and may only need their handles attaching. ÂÂÂ
Wardrobes:
We boast a beautiful selection of Wardrobes that make excellent bedroom storage. However, as wardrobes are large furniture items, these need the most assembly. Most of our Wardrobes are delivered in two parts, our customer will just need to attach the top and bottom together. Some Wardrobes, such as our Daventry Ranges, require no assembly. Our Tiffany Range wardrobes have the most assembly required, however these still come partially built.

If you do not want to assemble you items yourself, we do offer a delivery option where our driver will take the item to your room of choice and build it for you. We are best known for our collection of vintage, shabby chic, luxury and classic style furniture. However, we have expanded our collection in recent years to include rustic, industrial and mid-century modern designs. But what’s the difference between these looks? Let's explore!
Vintage:
Vintage style is defined by its often ornate, intricate detailing, feminine design and timeless look. We boast a beautiful collection of Vintage furniture, for bedrooms, living rooms and hallways. Vintage style can work in both antique and modern inspired homes. Many of our collections are vintage inspired, but look fabulous in a contemporary home.
Shabby Chic:
Shabby Chic style is elegant, distressed and often inspired by either rococo era France or English country gardens. Shabby Chic style furniture often has a pale based colour in either white, cream or pastel shades. Design often include both detailing and distressing and are supposed to look aged but still elegant.
Luxury:
Luxury style is a broad term that covers a selection of products, however items tends to follow a similar theme. Think gold, silver or copper details, Mirrored furniture, glittery home decor or opulent mirrored and wall decor. Luxury style furniture ÂÂÂ is supposed to make you immediately think glamour, elegance and class.
Rustic:
Rustic style revolves around the rugged beauty of ÂÂÂ natural elements, like wood, metal and stone. Rustic style tends to focus heavily on distressed finishes, simple yet effective design and aims to create an organic, modest living space that values warmth and comfort over sleekness.
Industrial:
Industrial style has a stripped back, raw almost derelict vibe. To visualised this look, think an abandoned warehouse meets an urban coffee shop. Industrial style has exploded onto the interior scene in the last decade.
Mid-Century Modern:
Mid-Century Modern style is a contemporary take on the futuristic and visionary designs of the middle of the 20th century. Inspired in particular by danish designers, Mid-Century Modern style in incredibly chic, versatile and ageless.
How long will it take for my Furniture to be delivered?
We provide a general timeline for in stock items on our website. This delivery timeline is stated between 3-12 days. Your delivery time depends on the items you have ordered and where you live. We try to get our customers orders to them within a week, often times sooner. However to avoid disappointment we will only give you your official delivery slot once this has been confirmed by our own drivers or by the courier companies we use. If you wish to have you order delivered on a particular day or if you wish for us to hold your furniture for you until you are ready to receive it, please contact our customer service team.
Please note, we offer Free Delivery on orders over £50 and a 200 day free returns policy. However, a small amount of areas are exempt from Free Shipping and you must keep you original packaging or report any damage within 7 days of delivery to qualify for Free Returns.
