How it works: Rewards Points

Customers with accounts (free to join!) can now earn rewards while shopping, for no extra cost. We've tried to make it as easy and accessible as possible, so everyone can save effortlessly.

It's simple: £1 Spent = 1 Point earned. 

Then, in the accounts page (top right widget), you can go over to the Loyalty Programme section, where you can see how many points you've earned, when you earned them, and how you earned them. And most importantly, what you can spend them on.

We will continuously add new ways to earn and new ways to use points. Right now, you can earn up to a massive 20% off your full order! No awkward rules, no minimum order to use the discount code, just a straight % of your total order.  

Although the most common way to earn points is through product purchases, there is also many other, free ways to gain points. Such as simply creating an account for 100 points, following us on social media, or for it simply being your Birthday!

Useful Information for rewards points

  • Make sure to be logged in to your account before making a purchase, to avoid losing out on points
  • All points have NO expiry date! Take all the time you need
  • The number of points a purchase will earn is visible on all product pages
  • Claimed rewards will be visible in the account tab
  • If you want to follow to earn points, you MUST do it through Account -> Loyalty Programme -> Earn. Then select the desired platform. Rewards can only be given through this link.
  • Code can then be redeemed at checkout on any item.

 

How it works: Refer a Friend

Looking for an EXTRA 15% OFF EVERYTHING? Easy, refer a friend is back and so much easier than before. With a simple sharing of a link to a friend you recommend Melody Maison to, you AND the friend will receive a 15% OFF code to use, once they complete their purchase. 

No difficult rules or "red tape". 15% OFF literally Everything! Why make it awkward for you when you've gone through the trouble of recommending us to a friend? You both deserve the 15%, so shop away

Useful Information for Refer a Friend

  • To refer a friend, go to the account section in the top right corner. Then click Loyalty program -> Earn -> scroll down to the "Referral program" -> Copy and Paste the link -> send to your friend -> upon completion of their purchase, you will both receive the code. Please allow up to 1 hour for the code to come through
  • Codes will be emailed or appear in your "wallet" section of the Loyalty Programme.
  • Code can then be redeemed at checkout on any item.
